Merlindale holiday apartment is quite big! Unlike some holiday cottages, Merlindale’s rooms are very sizeable, whilst the extremely high quality furnishings and tasteful decor retain the coziness and ambience of a small cottage. In effect, the holiday apartment is ample for a family of four, but cozy enough for a honeymoon!
The apartment is on one floor, with a ground-floor entrance, and no internal steps, therefore it is wheelchair accessible.

There are two entrances to the apartment, one leads into a spacious hall where all the other rooms connect and the other leads into the utility room and through to the kitchen. The hall has a table tennis table for the use of guests.
The lounge looks out over the grounds at the back of the house, it has a dining table and four chairs as well as comfortable settees and a flat screen television. There is also a log burning stove with logs provided.
The kitchen has a fan-assisted oven, ceramic hob and Belfast sink in hand made painted wooden kitchen units. There is a dresser to match the units with a table and four chairs.
Leading off the kitchen is the utility room with a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and separate sink.
The two bedrooms consist of one double with a king sized bed and one twin bedded room. The bathroom is spacious and is fitted with a large shower and there is also a separate shower room.
The whole apartment is light and airy and has its own hot water and central heating controls. Ample parking is directly outside the front door.
Linen, towels, some toiletries and slippers are provided as well as a welcome pack of provisions. Electricity, logs and central heating are also provided.
